MSU Field Trip (Marching Tars Student Leadership)

The form below must be completed in order to attend the MSU Trip on Friday, September 22! This trip is open to Marching Tars Student Leadership and is optional but HIGHLY encouraged. This form should be completed with a parent as it includes an electronic permission slip. The trip will be chaperoned by several parents with a background check on file with the district.
